As Sr. Front End Developer II, you'll help build exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in modern JavaScript frameworks, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating intuitive, responsive web applications that delight our users.

What you'll do:




  • Work closely to understand user personas to drive human centered User Interfaces and User Experiences for a new data exchange product for a government client.




What you'll need to succeed:



  • Minimum 7 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree OR experience may be used in lieu of degree
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
  • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
  • Solid experience of with web design and responsive web design principles
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Solid experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
  • Knowledge of build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, yarn)
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


SALARY RANGE: $144,000 - $211,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
