Position Summary EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Federal Permitting Manager with demonstrated experience coordinating permitting across multiple federal agencies, particularly within the broadband or infrastructure sectors. This individual will lead permitting strategy and execution and serve as a subject matter expert on Section 10, Section 404, and/or other permitting that may result from NEPA reviews. Experience supporting complex projects involving interagency coordination is essential. The role will also support internal process development and may contribute to proposals and client-facing strategy. This position reports directly to the Broadband Services Program Director and will either be remote/work-from-home or hybrid, depending on the location of the successful candidate. To be successful in this position, candidates need to have a home office already established and be comfortable working in this environment. While primarily office-based, the position supports projects across the United States and may require occasional travel for client meetings or trainings to assist Broadband and other EBI programs.
