JOB SUMMARY |
The Administrative Assistant will provide daily clerical and administrative support services for the Fleet department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
|
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Experienced in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
- Experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse/backroom experience preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Perform basic clerical functions such as filing, copying, binding reports, typing letters and memo, answering incoming calls, emailing, etc.
- Assist with equipment utilization reporting.
- Order office supplies, business cards, etc. Review and input inventory to reflect proper items removed, items added to stock on hand, record to the correct job and verify pricing is correct.
- May provide mail service. Includes making mail pick-ups/deliveries; sorting, weighing, posting out-going mail/packages; distributing inter-office/inter-project mail, etc.
- Prepare and review Fleet & Shop Purchase Orders/Invoices.
- Assist with BIT Inspection requirements, DVIR forms, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse/Backroom, Logistics and Expense reports.
- Distribute proper safety equipment.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS |
- Wage range: $22 - $30 hourly.
