About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team to lead and innovate our hiring strategies across a multi-site healthcare environment. In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruitment, employment branding, and candidate experience initiatives while supporting branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists. You'll also be the system owner for our UKG Recruiting Gateway, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.

What You'll Do



  • Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for corporate, sales, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Mentor and support branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Own and optimize our ATS (UKG Recruiting Gateway), improving efficiency and reporting.
  • Strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with marketing and HR.
  • Use data and metrics to measure success, identify trends, and refine strategies.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare and multi-site settings.
  • Proven success recruiting across diverse roles, including sales and niche clinical positions.
  • Strong expertise with ATS systems (UKG or similar).
  • Skilled collaborator and influencer with senior leaders and field operations.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media and job boards.
  • A strategic thinker and hands-on leader.


Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting with extended computer use and frequent communication across virtual formats. The role involves standard physical activities such as sitting, standing, and walking, consistent with typical business operations.
