Blending technical skill and creativity with a broad palette of ingredients, our teams develop the next signature fragrance to complement our customers' existing range, or a game-changing scent that helps take their brand and consumer product preferences to the next level.

As an Account Manager, reporting to a Sales Director, you will help expand our business opportunities. With our mentorship, you will develop into one of the top new talents in our industry-growing sales within your assigned accounts and securing new customer wins. You will design and implement a clear strategy for success, supported by professional development to help you grow your career with us.

This position is considered onsite in NYC when not traveling.




  • Business Development: Work in collaboration with our creative teams to deliver growth at sustainable margins with the goal to be our clients' fragrance house partner of choice. Use your customer-focused win-driven attitude to manage projects while always looking for new opportunities. Use your experience balancing multiple clients and active projects while remaining attentive and responsive to clients' needs.


  • Customer Influence: Build trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and ways of working. Provide insightful, value-driven scent and business solutions that inspire mutual success. Stay attuned to market dynamics, spotting trends and unmet customer or consumer needs, and transforming them into business opportunities. Track competitor activity and share relevant market insights with management.


  • Relational Leadership: Bring a natural passion for sales and a curiosity to understand our business, industry trends, and consumer behavior-combining market knowledge with innovative thinking to guide both short- and long-term growth. Build relationships across teams, including Development, Marketing, Consumer Market Insights, Science & Technology, and Regulatory. Harness new technologies including AI-driven ones to create fresh solutions, and exceed customer performance targets. Achieve win rates above our fair share, setting us apart from competitors.



You?



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related technical field.
  • 7+ years overall experience.
  • 3+ years experience in fragrance & flavor industry in Sales, Marketing or Development
  • Competent olfactive knowledge with experience working with fragrances or fragranced consumer products, or understanding that you will need to excel in assessing and counseling customers in the specialty fragrance industry
  • Understanding of customer dynamics, consumer trends, market dynamics

Job Title and Base Salary are partly determined by education and experience and our compensation program guidelines. $102 - $135k
