Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves assisting with day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating events, creating content, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department. The Marketing Administrator works closely with other team members to help achieve marketing goals and drive brand awareness across multiple brands. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives
- Help coordinate content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading marketing materials
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, tradeshows, and webinars
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, material preparation, and attendee communication
- Assist with event promotion and post-event follow-up
- Photograph and/or video completed products in production
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing and product management strategies and decision-making
- Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities and potential partnerships
- Photograph and/or video products in the field
- Office Support: Manage and organize marketing files, documents, and databases
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to marketing activities
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and task lists
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external
- Organize and archive marketing materials, ensuring easy access for the team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
