Summary of the Job:

Hours: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Scheduled for approximately 35 or 38 hours/week;

This position requires an individual who can multi-task and has the urgency factor in meeting deadlines. Applicant must be able to work efficiently with other team members. Must be engaged in all processes of the Proof/Check Processing area. Reliable attendance, flexibility with scheduling, and attention to detail as this position requires data entry, balancing, basic PC skills

Bank reports for customers

Job Qualifications:

1. Ten key experience

2. Basic PC knowledge

3. Balancing experience preferred

4. High School diploma or GED

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with experience in 10 keying, Excel, reconciliation branch deposits. they possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable performing adjustments to customer accounts as needed. The candidate demonstrates effective communication, thrives in a team setting, and consistently meets production standards for quality and volume. The successful candidate shows initiative, adapts well to change, and is committed to providing exceptional service and support to both customers and internal partners.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $35,015.00-$52,522.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
