Primary Description of Work |
The Campaign Coordinator position is a new role that will play an important part in the success of the upcoming comprehensive campaign. Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement, the Campaign Coordinator will provide project and administrative support for the campaign. Responsibilities will include creating and managing campaign timelines and budgets, coordinating logistics for campaign meetings and consultant visits, and keeping the campaign leadership team on track with quarterly milestones.
This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize in a quickly changing environment. Curiosity and enthusiasm about the team,
UNCSA, and the potential represented by this campaign are a must. Work requires contact with donors, volunteers, consultants, board members, and campus leadership, and the nature of this position requires the highest level of sensitivity, judgment, and confidentiality.

Work Schedule and hours |
Standard work schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, in the office on campus.
Evening and weekend work will be required for campaign events and activities.
Some travel may be required. |
Description of Responsibilities and Duties |
* Provide excellent project management and administrative support for the development of UNCSA's next comprehensive campaign.
* Working with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and with Campaign Leadership Team, understand priorities, track and monitor progress, and ensure the achievement of quarterly milestones in campaign readiness.
* Track and manage the process of developing campaign ideas and priorities, including following up with deans, faculty, and campus leadership.
* Work collaboratively with Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Advancement to arrange meetings, visits, and other calendar needs.

Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
Preferred Qualifications |
* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years proven administrative or project management experience
* Previous experience providing project management or administrative support in a university and/or advancement environment
* Experience with Raiser's Edge/
RENXT or other donor database
* Familiarity with
UNCSA and a passion for the arts are a plus. |
