Manager, Product Services & Management - Melville, NY

Build, validation and testing of the Epic Module Radiant for Radiology Service Line with 12 hour shifts. Manage team of 21 analysts through build/test phase, Go Live readiness phase, Go Live and transition end users to post go live stabilization phase to eventual steady state support. Be escalation point for all technical & end user issues 24/7 once live. Resource mgmt includes all HR functions including but not limited to performance evals, PTO scheduling and approvals, hiring and onboarding new staff for backfill positions. Mentoring employees and commitment to staff's success. Lead biweekly Radiology Epic Workgroup. Be SME in Radiant app. Oversee workflow design and work closely with the clinicians and analysts to oversee overall build of the Radiant app.

Remote working acceptable in NY, NJ, CT. Must spend 50% of time \1-2 weeks per month for 8-12 hrs/day\ working on site.

Reqs: Bachelors in Comp Sci or closely related field + 2 years experience resource management.
