Responsibilities



  • Coordinate global Supply Chain (SC) cost-saving initiatives from ideation to execution, using the Global Tracking Tool to ensure measurable and sustainable results, in close collaboration with regional teams, Global Business Services (GBS), and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive and oversee digital excellence and process improvement projects (e.g., OTIF, SMOG, lead time reduction) by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, improving data visibility, insights, automation, and overall process efficiency across the global SC network.
  • Manage tracking, reporting, and governance of global SC improvement initiatives while providing expert guidance, tools, coaching, and best practices to empower improvement mentors worldwide, with full end-to-end (E2E) process oversight across all initiatives.
  • Head the global SC capability program, designing, delivering, and continuously improving training for project facilitators, advocates, and coaches to strengthen skills, embed best practices, and build long-term operational excellence capabilities.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, supply chain, or related field
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, or Excellence-related areas
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, digital supply chain systems and insights, MS Office Suite, Power BI, SAP ERP
