Business Operation Analyst

Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support our clients in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our BGS Team. This role will support daily performance reporting, process adherence, and data-driven process improvements across our business unit. The candidate has strong business operations experience and can partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualifications

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Oakridge, TN.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or Operations, or 10 years of experience in related field.
• Experience preparing and analyzing daily operational performance reports.
• Strong cost analysis skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills Required

• Advanced Excel and dashboard creation.
• Data visualization with Power BI or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of operational workflows and KPIs.
• Financial literacy and cost accounting principles.
• Ability to translate data insights into business actions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify key business drivers and communicate data insights effectively.

Location/Work Arrangement:

• This position is a Hybrid Work Arrangement at Oak Ridge, Tennessee with some travel/onsite requirements.
