This role combines the welcoming presence of a receptionist with the precision of an office clerk and the accuracy of a quality-focused administrator. You'll be the first face visitors see while also keeping important records, systems, and documentation in perfect order. Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients at the front reception desk.
• Answer and direct inbound calls (average 10 per day).
• Prepare, file, scan, and organize both digital and hard copy documents.
• Create and maintain folders, print and sort records, and manage filing systems.
• Compose professional emails and support internal communication needs.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDFs, printers, and copiers daily.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant office/administrative experience (required).
• High attention to detail and accuracy with alphanumeric data.
• Strong knowledge of PC filing systems and digital directories.
• Friendly, professional, and positive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions.
