What You'll Do

  • Document every step of patient care in the electronic medical record with accuracy and accountability.

  • Communicate openly with your care team to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Collect and report patient data to support assessments and care planning.

  • Anticipate the needs of providers and patients through skilled observation.

  • Perform pre-visit screenings to prepare patients for a great care experience.

  • Assist with implementing care plans, supporting patient/family education, and empowering healthier outcomes.

  • Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient safety and results.

  • Stay current on best practices, maintaining competencies and credentials.

  • Provide respectful, patient-centered care in a multicultural setting.

  • Champion patient rights, safety, cultural diversity, and quality improvement.

  • Deliver age-appropriate, compassionate care for every patient.

  • Greet patients, families, and colleagues with professionalism and warmth-always.

  • Stay up-to-date on compliance, regulations, and organizational standards.

What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

  • Current LPN license in the State of Missouri.

  • At least 3 years of experience in an LPN clinical service setting.

  • Experience providing operational leadership and direction to staff.

  • BCLS certification (current).

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • A patient-first mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.
