Job Description
In this role, you're the behind-the-scenes hero keeping everything running smoothly-from check-in to insurance verification, and all the way to getting patients where they need to be (on time, every time). You're part traffic controller, part detective (hello, prior authorizations), and part customer service superstar. You're not just doing the work-you're making it better, helping to improve systems and support a team that relies on you daily. Oh, and you're not afraid of a little paperwork (okay, a lot), love solving problems, and can keep your cool when things get hectic. Plus, you speak fluent "insurance," know how to keep patients calm and informed, and have no problem making complex things sound simple. Bonus points if you can do all of that en espanol! What You Bring to the TableA high school diploma or equivalent (and a degree in multitasking from the school of real life) You've tackled insurance verification and authorization before and lived to tell the tale |
