We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relations & Support:

  • Act as the primary supply chain contact for vendors, fostering strong relationships to support consistent supply and service levels.
  • Serve to ensure vendor compliance for stated service levels
  • Drive execution with vendors in navigating theGlobal Vendor Portal, including:
  • Routing freight for purchase orders.
  • Updating delivery dates.
  • Billing drop ship PO's.
  • Creating logins for additional vendor contacts.
  • Escalate vendor delays that could impact customer experience to PurchasingandProduct

Managementleadership.

Purchase Order Expediting:

  • Use system-generated reports to identify:
  • Late purchase orders (stock and drop ship).
  • Items projected to run out of stock before delivery.
  • Proactively contact vendors to expedite shipments and secure updated delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to PO statuses in ERP systems to ensure visibility across the organization
Competencies and skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred; associate degree acceptable with years.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations within adistribution or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills. Must be able to work independently with vendors in accomplish of improving performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including managing large datasets\pivot tables.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
