Responsibilities:

In this role you will support:

Procurement Governance:

  • Authoring, updating, and publishing procurement policies, Supplier Code of Conduct, and internal procurement resources

  • Designing and executing governance of initial due diligence and ongoing oversight of third parties

  • Act as audit and Risk requirement support role-present reporting on adequacy of oversight to business senior management and risk committees

  • Coordinate with internal SMEs to implement and maintain internal procedural documents/job aids

  • Advance governance around best practices and procurement policies.

Procurement Processes:

  • Consolidate Global Supply Chain and Procurement operations across Motorola Solutions and acquired businesses.

  • Drive integrated processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Trade, Logistics, Government Affairs, Legal, Procurement, Quality, and Training.

  • Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership, working closely with Product Management, Product Design, Technical, Finance and Business Development to achieve results.

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to support growth and scale with Global reach.

  • Institute procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Act as an ambassador for Motorola Solutions during the onboarding of employees of newly acquired businesses.

  • Own the integration of suppliers and procurement practices as it relates to new M&A activities.

  • Drive standardization and improvement of the Procurement scope for all mergers and acquisitions.

Target Base Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or similar business field

  • 7+ years of supply chain experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
