As an Associate Director within Macquarie Capital Group, responsible for performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including performing detailed quality assessment of business (i.e., assessment of business model, recurring revenue, key customers, diversification of customers, and supplier base) as well as assessing risks, such as commodity, foreign exchange, and cyclicality; overseeing performance of financial analysis and valuation modelling, including review, construction, and revision of financial projection models; preparing internal presentations of due diligence findings; managing live transaction execution as well as negotiating and facilitating legal documentation process; performing detailed review of various industries and sectors, including assessment of competitive structure, threat of new entrants, and regulatory risks, to support consideration of investment opportunities; and managing team of analysts and associates, including leading direction of diligence and providing framework for analyses.

$325,000 - $400,000 per year.

Within this salary range thebase salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
