About the Role

MWH is currently seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional to join our team as a Talent Operations Specialist reporting to the Director of Talent. In this role, you'll be at the center of our HR operations, supporting everything from talent attraction and onboarding to intern program management, employee engagement, and talent development. If you love building processes, connecting with people, and helping talent grow, this is the role for you.

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the intern program development and execution. Assisting in the overall improvement to the onboarding function as well various candidate value proposition projects. This role will also play a part in the overall compliance, reporting, and health of the Talent and HR organization along with specific talent management initiatives.

Essential Functions



  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding so every new hire - and intern - feels welcomed and set up for success.
  • Lead our intern program, from working with the recruitment team, pre-start tasks, and orientation to the development of intern activities and program wrap-up.
  • Support talent management initiatives like performance reviews, learning programs, and career growth tracking.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, HRIS and ATS records as it adheres to local and federal employee requirements.
  • Provide timely, helpful support to employees on HR policies and programs.
  • Support the TA team with additional administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining recruitment metrics while participating in candidate value proposition projects.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a talent and people organization or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
  • Good understanding of talent processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working partnerships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Onsite, Broomfield, Colorado

Pay Range: $95,000-$105,000
