Symetra has an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to join our team as a Compliance Director, overseeing Records Management! About the role As a Compliance Director, Records Management, you will work closely with operations, technology and sales teams to champion best practices, manage compliance risks, and promote a strong ethics and compliance culture. You will proactively identify potential risks, communicate with senior management, maintain trust and credibility with business partners, as well as contribute to the direction and formation of departmental strategy. Compensation $125,000 - $208,400 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus Who you are
