Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Underwriting Consultant! About the role Classify mortality risks in a sound, objective and consistent manner by applying company guidelines and philosophies with consideration for company profitability and marketplace needs. Proficiency in medical and financial underwriting and product knowledge is required along with an in-depth understanding of Symetra and life insurance industry practices. Handling and approval authority expectations are for up to $5,000,000 or based upon management discretion. What you'll do in this role

Compensation Hourly Salary Range: $93,900- $153,600 plus eligibility for annual bonus program We empowerinclusion.
