PE Systems is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Fairfax, VA to manage and optimize our total rewards programs, including but not limited to employee benefits, and compliance strategies. This role will play a critical part in ensuring competitive, cost-effective, and compliant benefits programs for a growing government contracting company with 400+ employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between $90 - 110K. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
