 Program Integrator LOCATION: Huntsville, AL / Redstone Arsenal JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret TRAVEL: As Needed Astrion is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Integrated Fires Directorate. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 
 Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one. Master's degree and 10 years' experience or 22 years with no degree or bachelor's degree and 18 years' experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Program Integrator responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectivesRequires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholdersDevelop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholdersIdentify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/planProvide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related mattersIdentify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities.Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partnersDevelop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integrationDocument and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materialsCapture lessons learned and support know1edge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space #CJ |
