Position Overview
We're seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our Account Management team. This entry-level role serves as a launchpad into client services, offering the chance to learn account management, campaign execution, and client relationship building.
In this role, you'll work closely with sponsors to activate campaigns that connect them with their target audiences, while supporting Account Leads to deliver seamless, high-impact client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Identify opportunities to improve overall client satisfaction
    • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services/products
    • Contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Serve as a direct point of contact with customers
    • Prepare accurate, client-facing reports and meet deadlines
    • Present regular updates to clients and management
  • Project & Account Management Assistance
    • Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers
    • Document and track project statuses to ensure client satisfaction
  • Project Data Metrics Support
    • Collect and document critical data, including tracking tags and program IDs
    • Support delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Internal Team Coordination
    • Help coordinate internal team workflows
    • Ensure projects receive necessary client approvals
    • Work alongside senior account managers to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Some relevant experience (internships or up to 1 year preferred)
  • Experience in digital production, media, agency, publisher, and/or healthcare (pharmaceutical agency experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in G-suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management systems (Workfront, Basecamp, MS Project, or similar) preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing-related creative processes (especially pharmaceutical/agency experience) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $53,500 - $58,500 annually
