Education Requirement: As required by listed licensure and/or certification requirement. Licensure Requirement: Registered with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Registered Technician or Technician Trainee (until application for Certified Registered status is achieved). Certifications: Certification by examination as a pharmacy technician (CPhT, ExCPT). Pharmacy techs are excluded from being required to hold a Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification if they have a Pharmacy Intern license from the Ohio Board. Skills: Demonstrates competency on pharmacy technologies. Detail-oriented, patient-centered, and strong moral character. Experience: Six months of previous pharmacy experience preferred.
