About this opportunity: Design Within Reach is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team, and we want it to be you! You'll work in a fast-paced environment where you will receive, pack, and ship our merchandise as well as upholding our high shipping standards. What you'll do: You'll have opportunities to improve processes, foster teamwork while building relationships every day as you: Manage customer inquiries and assist with inventory of task seating. Conduct minor repairs on various furniture pieces. Replace components on gaming and office chairs once certified internally. Own repairs and replacement of chair components Maintain and assist with chair parts and repair inventory. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Does this sound like you: You thrive in a very fast-paced environment. Perform in a safe manner consistent with company policies and federal, state, and local laws. Self-driven and motivated worker. You can consistently lift 50 - 75lbs and team lift up-to 250lbs occasionally. You have strong communication skills. You have flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
