About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Peoplesoft Payroll Production Support Analyst to join us. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Peoplesoft Payroll and Time & Labor Functional Support Analyst. This role
is primarily functional, with some technical knowledge required, and focuses on supporting Peoplesoft payroll end users across PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong Payroll background, a deep understanding of time keeping and payroll activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide daily functional support to end users in Payroll department for Peoplesoft Payroll and Time & Labor module.
  • Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Payroll and Time & Labor module.
  • Assist in Payroll production close processes, including:
    • Running and analyzing time interfaces from 3rd party time systems
    • Supporting the generation and distribution of payroll analytical reports.
  • Resolve payroll errors.
  • Analyzing interface issue with Payroll and Time & Labor.
  • Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
  • Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and payroll data analysis for business users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting end users in payroll department.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft modules.
  • Strong knowledge of time keeping and Payroll principles and experience with payroll data analysis.
  • Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Peoplesoft employee time and leave issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
  • Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tool.

Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.

Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC, but will be required to work on-site at one of the following locations:
