Summary of Job Description:

The Learning & Development Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing University of Panda course administration and prepares GO scorecards for senior leadership.This position may also coordinate and collect input from Subject Matter Experts and course participants on potential changes to training courses. This position oversees production of virtual classes and instructs participants on class procedures for small group training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports participants on registration process and status related to University of Panda courses.
  • Instructs participants on class procedures for small group training sessions. Supports breakout room and small group activities for virtual and Instructor-led classes.
  • Prepares UOP scorecard to inform senior leadership of associates' cumulative participation and achievement, including UOP course scores. Provides Operations leadership with information on their associates' progression through the UOP courses and their performance.
  • Provides administrative support to the Learning & Development programs, coordinating UOP classes, scheduling guest facilitators, and coordinating UOP training agendas and logistics.
  • Processes and tracks training bonuses.
  • Handles registration for UOP classes. Validates required documents to enroll in UOP classes. Records and track attendance/progress
  • Support the production of virtual classes. Schedules learning events, sets up breakout rooms and polls, and provides technical support for participants, SME's, and facilitators. Serves as a timekeeper and monitor of the virtual classroom

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P1 $28-$35/ hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
