Earlier this year, Owens Corning signed a definitive agreement to sell the GR business to Praana Group, an India-based firm operating a portfolio of companies primarily serving industrial sectors including specialty chemicals and fiberglass reinforcements for composites. The path ahead promises to be dynamic, providing exciting opportunities for our 4,100 employees across 12 countries.
