POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for an Instruction & Evaluation Analyst (IEA) in Colorado Springs, CO.The IEA will be responsible for planning, coordinating and analyzing training operations for Mission Delta 31 training activities. Serves as the principal coordinator for Mission Delta 31 training operations, exercising independent judgment in the planning, prioritization, and oversight of instructor certification, evaluation, and resource allocation.


Directly supports senior training leadership by analyzing operational requirements, developing training schedules, and resolving mission-critical conflicts. Ensures the alignment of training programs, instructor readiness, and evaluation systems to meet mission objectives with minimal oversight.


This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration of a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Independently oversee administrative and logistical operations for instructor and evaluator teams, including scheduling training events, assigning evaluator coverage, and managing availability of classrooms and simulator resources.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee systems for instructor certification tracking and readiness reporting, establishing policies and methods to ensure compliance. Manage instructor certification tracking, readiness reporting, and training calendar updates through enterprise systems (SharePoint, Teams, Moodle), exercising independent judgment to prioritize updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain accurate, timely records.
  • Serve as the coordinator for monthly Readiness Training (RT), Instructor & Evaluator Review Boards, and planning conferences (Initial Planning Conference/ Final Planning Conference); independently determine agendas, stakeholder engagement, and post-event actions.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize post-training feedback into actionable insights through After-Action Reports; supervise implementation of approved changes across training systems and documents
  • Oversee updates to the Master Task List and Plan of Instruction, collaborating with instructional staff to ensure accurate alignment with training objectives and readiness requirements
  • Direct the scheduling and execution of Basic Instructor Skills Course and follow-on certification training, coordinating availability, prerequisites, and instructor assignments with minimal oversight.
  • Manage and deconflict the scheduling of classrooms and simulate events across AFNet Teams and SharePoint platforms; ensure timely, accurate communication of updates to all stakeholders
  • Provide mission-based simulator instruction across Combat Training, RT, and Basic Qualification Training programs; operate independently in administering training content, evaluating student performance, and ensuring instructional consistency.
  • Independently determine resource allocation, resolve scheduling conflicts affecting mission-critical training, and adjust plans based on operational demands.


Payrate:$56,846 to $62,171 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, instructor support, or evaluation coordination in a DoD training environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
  • Familiarity with unit-level training tracking, certification management, and evaluation planning.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook scheduling tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Moodle platforms.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
