Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Principal SAP SD Configuration Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and integration of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role requires deep integration knowledge with SAP TM and SAP EWM, specifically tailored for the radio pharmaceutical industry, where compliance, cold chain logistics, batch traceability, and time-sensitive deliveries are mission-critical. This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions * Solution Design & Configuration: o Lead end-to-end configuration of the SAP SD module, including pricing, order-to-cash (OTC), ATP, delivery processing, billing, and returns management. o Customize and extend the SD processes to align with radiopharma-specific compliance and shipment requirements. o Configure country-specific and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) compliant delivery documentation and billing rules. * Cross-Functional Integration: o Design and implement tight integration between SD, TM, and EWM to support time- and temperature-sensitive logistics. o Collaborate with SAP TM consultants to enable optimized freight planning, route determination, and real-time track-and-trace. o Support integration with SAP EWM for batch-controlled picking, serial number management, and cold storage handling. * Regulatory & Quality Compliance: o Ensure all SD processes meet cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GDP requirements. o Implement audit-compliant controls in SD transactions including digital signatures, controlled printouts, and electronic records. * Project Leadership: o Act as a solution architect and subject matter expert (SME) in SAP SD across enterprise projects. o Provide strategic input for SAP S/4HANA transformation, landscape rationalization, and rollout planning. o Guide development teams on functional specifications, user exits, and enhancement spots for custom logic in SD-TM-EWM flows. * Support & Documentation: o Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and SOPs. o Provide L3 support and mentor internal SAP support teams and business users. o Collaborate with QA/CSV teams to support validation and test planning in GxP environments. Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Skills: o Expertise in condition techniques, output management (BRF+), IDocs, and third-party integrations (3PL, freight carriers). o Strong functional knowledge of ATP, batch determination, serial number processing, and returns. o Familiarity with SAP GTS, EM (Event Management), and GRC for regulated environments is a plus. o Excellent documentation and communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders. Education: o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience: o 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience including full lifecycle implementations. o Minimum 3 years working experience with SAP TM (preferably embedded TM) and SAP EWM integration. o Experience in radiopharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry highly preferred, with an understanding of cold chain logistics and compliance frameworks. o Prior configuration experience with SAP S/4HANA platform is a must. The pay range for this position is between $110,000 to $185,000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
