GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: To ensure programs meet the customeris scope and schedule expectations, as well as company budgeted profit. This position will manage multiple programs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical and contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget.)
- Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.
- Establishes Program organization structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff)
- Coordinates internal functions to ensure all required tasks are being completed.
- Maintains ongoing communication with customers to accomplish program goals.
- Ability to investigate an issue, develop a solution, and communicate path forward clearly.
- Reviews and approves waiver deviations prior to submittal to customer.
- Reviews PDR/CDR presentations.
- Creates sub-contract work breakdown structure.
- Creates master milestone schedule.
- Communicates program status to the rest of the organization.

Education and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience (4+ years).
- Two years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a leadership role on a Department of Defense program, either in an Engineering or Program Management capacity.
- Familiarity with multiple functions within an organization.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office environment. Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones). Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
