We play a crucial role in transforming conceptual ideas into tangibleproducts, enhancing designs for a range of engineering projects from pre-production vehicles to energy systems, AI, and other groundbreakinginitiatives.

As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you'llbe challenged with machining the most intricate and essentialcustomcomponentsto meet engineering goals. This role demands a high level of skill and determination, and while the work is demanding, you're ready to rise to the occasion.


What You'll Do
  • Program, setup,and run 3-axis vertical CNC Millsand/or Lathesin a low-volume, high-mix workflow. 5-axis highly preferred

  • Work closely with engineers to provide crucial input on design for manufacturability and process improvements

  • Cut material, build tooling, set fixtures, run programs, deburr, and finish parts

  • Machine complexcomponents to tight tolerances in various materials with tight deadlines

  • Use various inspection and measurement tools to validate your work

  • Tracking and documentation of machining processes and results when necessary

  • Collaborate openly with engineers and team members to find solutions, and proactively communicate with them through verbal, email, phone, and other internal electronic channels


What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of CNC millCAMprogramming experience(Mastercampreferred)

  • Ability toidentifyandprocureeffective tooling and work-holding solutions

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings, documents, and GD&T

  • Thorough knowledge in measurementtoolssuchas calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, bore gauges, optical comparator, etc.

  • Ability to thriveina fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail,analytical skills, and mathematicalcompetency

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
