Requisition ID req34065 Working Title Technical Analyst 2 Position Grade 13 Position Summary The University of New Mexico Information Technologies seeks a Technical Analyst 2 dedicated to UNM Athletics operations support as part the Institutional Support Services (ISS) IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Microsoft and Apple endpoints in a complex enterprise that supports a range of services and using sophisticated directory-based management tools such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF, with collaboration tools such as Teams/Zoom. This position will provide initial/primary contact support for the ticketing application, Paciolan, utilized by Athletics and will coordinate vendor escalations with the ticketing area of Athletics. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
