In the role of Facilities Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Plan, direct and coordinate through a variety of stakeholder organizations, activities concerned with the requirements, capabilities, capacities, operations, security, maintenance and construction of buildings and grounds to support Army Signature Modernization Efforts.
- Assist the government lead monitor assigned Army Signature Modernization Efforts (weapon systems) and provide situational awareness for AMC Senior Leaders.
- Attend assigned meetings and forums where information regarding the assigned weapons systems will be discussed.
- Provide analytical and/or executive summaries that focus on facilities implications to government lead within 1 working day of meeting.
- Assist with PowerPoint slides, facer slides, and information papers with regards to facilities for the weapons systems assigned.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the AMC and Army Enterprise who are subject matter experts of the weapons systems assigned.
- All work will be conducted on government furnished equipment in government facilities and information systems.
- Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Technical degree a plus
- A solid understanding of the Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and education, Personnel, Facilities - Policy (DOTmLPF-P) analysis process

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience managing large office building maintenance and repair
- Requires a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong oral communication skills
- MS Office experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
