Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Housing Trust Silicon Valley, is recruiting a Director of Development to join their team. Housing Trust is headquartered in San Jose with a satellite office in Oakland. This role will manage a team primarily based in San Jose, regular in-person presence there is expected. Housing Trust offers a hybrid work schedule, and occasional work from our Oakland office may be considered based on individual circumstances. Since its founding in 2000, Housing Trust has stood out as a unique organization where public and private resources converge in innovative ways to support a broad range of housing solutions-from homeownership and rental housing to homelessness prevention. Reporting to the Chief Development and Impact Officer and working closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership, this role is vital to securing the financial resources that advance the organization's strategic and programmatic goals. The Director leads the full lifecycle of fundraising-from identifying opportunities and crafting proposals to stewarding donors and investors-while collaborating across departments and engaging external partners to build a strong network of public and private support aligned with Housing Trust's mission and impact priorities. The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $130,000 to $166,000 annually based on experience.
