Business Systems Analyst: Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and analytical Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide initiatives, including ERP systems, business process optimization, and cross-functional technology projects. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems and processes are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation, Support & Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to support and enhance ERP functionality, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with business units to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• Project Participation: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of system-related projects, including software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system changes to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Training & Documentation: Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite preferred).
• 1+ years of hand's on experience in a business setting with a strong understanding of business processes in the area of Shipping, Warehousing, Sales order entry or demand planning. Some knowledge of Customer RMA process and compliance preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Planner).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Access).
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies.

Full Time

Compensation Range: $79,562.000 to $119,344.000 USD Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
