Location with zip code: El Segundo, CA -Onsite (Relocation Own)

Duration: 12 Months + possible extension

Salary range: $70/hr.-$100/Hr. on w2 without benefits

Shift: 1st Shift

Description:

  • A successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules. Support Project Managers by providing schedule analysis based on project status, developing mitigation plans as required.
  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.


Required Skills:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones.
  • Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines.
  • Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex. MS Project or Milestone Professional)
  • Experience leading a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Agile / JIRA experience.
  • Experience with early development programs.
  • In scope CI polygraph.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience.
  • Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
