Job Title: Project/Program Management Specialist (Cleared TS/SCI with CI Poly) Location with zip code: El Segundo, CA -Onsite (Relocation Own) Duration: 12 Months + possible extension Salary range: $70/hr.-$100/Hr. on w2 without benefits Shift: 1st Shift Description: A successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules. Support Project Managers by providing schedule analysis based on project status, developing mitigation plans as required. Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Required Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones. Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines. Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex. MS Project or Milestone Professional) Experience leading a team. Preferred Skills: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Agile / JIRA experience. Experience with early development programs. In scope CI polygraph. Education: Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience. Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
