About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customer service team while ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities. You'll be the go-to person for escalated issues, team guidance, and process improvements, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex service issues with professionalism and care.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, payments, and account updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
