Barnes Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Director of OEM Sales, focused on RTX Programs (Collins, Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Raytheon) to join its Sales & Commercial team. The right candidate will have a proven track record of generating sales and capturing new business with RTX sourcing teams and will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of new and existing RTX customers. The ideal candidate will be the key link between our customers and aerospace manufacturing locations, utilizing product knowledge and sales experience to achieve profitable growth across all Barnes Aerospace OEM sites worldwide. The right candidate should have a proactive leadership style and approach, the ability to lead by example and work collaboratively, in alignment with our company values.
