*Description*
This position will thoroughly and efficiently gather participant information via phone and email, access and address concerns and issues, educate the participant where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions. General responsibilities include: 1. Provide excellent customer service and one call issue resolution 2. Handle incoming phone calls and assigned email requests along with escalated items 3. Assist participants with registration and log in issues 4. Assist participants with navigation on the home website for their specific program 5. Assist participants with overall questions concerning the applications available to them on the private portal 6. Work with Account Management on escalated issues of a non-routine nature 7. Assist members complete the Survey over the phone *Skills* Customer service, data entry, healthcare, insurance, Call center *Top Skills Details* Customer service, data entry, healthcare, insurance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1-3 years of experience in a technical call center environment or transferable skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
