Associate E-Learning Developer 6 Month Contract to hire 2 Step interview process *95% remote - Must be willing to come to Appleton, Wisconsin twice a year* must work CST timezone Must be able to work for any employer in the United States *MUST HAVE: if you do not have these skill, we cannot consider your profile* 1) Must have a strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workaround Or web markup including HTML5, CSS - on your resume + where you used it 2) Understanding of Quality Assurance - troubleshooting technical issues -on your resume + where you used it 3) Associate's degree (A. A.) in Information Technology or related field Nice to have but will be a huge plus SCORM file experience on your resume + where you used it Adobe Captivate experience on your resume + where you used it Good understanding of LMS Development tools on your resume + where you used it Skills and Qualifications: * Collaboration with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are met and projects are on schedule. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent follow-up, time management, and organization skills * Strong editing, written and oral communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously * Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Understanding of SCORM * Good understanding of LMS Development tools *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
