Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

You're the operational backbone that keeps our communications machine running smoothly and efficiently. This role focuses on process optimization, resource management, and ensuring our communications team can deliver their best work. Great for someone who loves streamlining operations and has a knack for making complex processes work seamlessly.

What You'll Do:Lead operational efficiency and process optimization for communications functions while managing resources and supporting team effectiveness. You'll focus on streamlining workflows and ensuring the communications organization can deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize operational processes for communications teams
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for communications functions
  • Lead project management and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Support team effectiveness through improved processes and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of communications initiatives
  • Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or business operations
  • 3+ years in management roles with budget and team oversight responsibilities
  • Proven track record of process optimization and operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Background in communications, marketing, or professional services operations preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong operational and process improvement expertise
  • Advanced project management skills with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Budget management and financial analysis capabilities
  • Vendor management and relationship-building skills
  • Data analysis abilities for tracking and optimizing operational performance
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving organizational change
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
