Responsibilities Technical Program Manager - Hardware (RF & Digital) Solutions Key Responsibilities Manage multiple RF & digital hardware programs from initiation to productization including roadmap planning, resourcing and budgeting, product definition, specifications/features, and driving key customer engagements. Lead program management for critical hardware initiatives, manage risks, establish framework to ensure effective cross-functional coordination. Craft targeted communications for diverse stakeholder audiences on key business initiatives including program execution. Develop detailed project schedule and tracking milestones progress, assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies, facilitating conflict resolution, dependency management, and product delivery to customers. This critical position will significantly influence Advanced Technology Lab's investments and roadmaps to increase innovation and drive Keysight's leadership. This key role requires proven Technical Program Management of RF & digital hardware solutions. The role will be based at our headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA. Qualifications BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/CS/CE/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical/engineering degree 7+ years of experience within technology organizations, with at least 3 years in program management or operational roles with end-to-end management of complex RF & digital subsystems and solutions Must be self-motivated and tenacious with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results Experience leading cross functional technical teams Proven ability to track progress to goal against monthly and quarterly plans, manage dashboard, risk management, and keep team and program on time Proven ability to effectively manage end-to-end complex programs and strategic initiatives Proven external and internal customer interface skills; ability to build relationships, gather data, and report out on progress to plan Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate across Labs and executives Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong leadership presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and delivery excellence.
