A Brief Overview

The Client Outreach Representative will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address their needs, and foster long-term relationships. This role involves regular communication with clients, problem-solving, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

What you will do

  • Provide customized, white glove service to State Farm and other carriers, through proactive agent communication.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships by proactively contacting clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist customers & clients in resolving any issues they may encounter, acting as a liaison between the client and other departments within the company, addressing requests and issues tactically and professionally.

  • Identify potential new agents and follow-up on leads to expand our client base.

  • Gather and report client feedback to help improve our products and services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and client data in Salesforce

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Associate's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 4-6 years Required

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (High proficiency)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. (High proficiency)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (High proficiency)

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (High proficiency)
