POSITION SUMMARY: The clinical Pharmacy coordinator will oversee clinical services and optimize programs for ambulatory and specialty pharmacies at the client level. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and measuring performance while focusing on evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes. Your role will entail regular interaction with providers and clinical staff at assigned client sites, where you will contribute to the training, development, and oversight of clinical and specialty Patient Management Programs. Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, payers, and manufacturers, you will spearhead medication therapy management programs and integrate pharmaceutical care throughout all client sites, making a meaningful impact on patient lives.
