Join our vibrant team at the heart of Erie's community, where sports and enthusiasm come alive! In this essential role, you will be at the forefront of the day-to-day operations for the Erie Community Center, the Ballpark at Erie, and various Town-owned parks and facilities. Your regular and routine duties will not only encompass managing and coordinating various sporting events and activities but also create a memorable experience for the residents and visitors enjoying non-owned Town facilities hosting sports activities. Your dedication to excellence and passion for sports will be the driving force in shaping a lively and engaging community environment. If you're a sports enthusiast with an eye for detail and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you! ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time to include early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.

A combination of education and experience may be considered. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: Skills in: Providing outstanding customer service to a diverse guest population; positive and professional working relationships with all Town staff and the community, may include instruction, communication of rules and regulations and enforcing policies; time management; presenting verbal and written information; the use of standard office equipment, computers, and various software programs; problem solving; following and enforcing all rules, regulations and policies; recognizing safety hazards and sanitation issues and notify supervisors; safely operate a variety of recreation related equipment; remaining composed in emergency situations and working effectively under stressful circumstances; performing CPR, First Aid, and AED to level of certification.
