Site Lead Responsibilities: Maintenance & Facility Management

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth facility operations
• Manage safety protocols and compliance, including Fall Protection, LOTO, and HazCom standards
• Oversee site performance metrics, preventive maintenance, inspections, and work orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, issue resolution, and expectation management
• Develop and implement operational programs aligned with company goals and budgets
• Maintain and update site process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Preferred: Lift certification (boom/scissor)
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and team presentations
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational workflows efficiently
