Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility services, or related trades
• Skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and general handyman work preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read safety protocols, operating manuals, and write reports
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and basic building systems knowledge

Building Services Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly building closures: secure entrances, turn off lights, activate security alarms
• Complete on-demand maintenance work orders outside regular business hours
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine facility inspections
• Manage meeting room setups, furniture moves, carpet stain removal
• Handle minor repairs: lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, drywall patching
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to resolve facility issues
• Communicate clearly with team members, staff, and external clients
