Pay Range: $30.00-$43.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance activities using a CMMS
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, on-site personnel, and customers to clarify scopes of work
  • Ensure work orders are accurate, complete, and dispatched in a timely manner
  • Track preventive maintenance (PM) compliance and progress
  • Generate and update maintenance logs, reports, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Process team timesheets, issue purchase orders, and handle invoices
  • Maintain accurate safety matrices and filing systems
  • Assist in material procurement and provide support for other administrative duties as assigned by the site manager

What You Bring to the Table:



  • 5-10 years of related experience in an industrial or facility maintenance environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and general computer proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical information
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Comfortable handling data, charts, calculations, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
