Hours & Pay:

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do:



  • Monitor, manage, and close HVAC work orders for designated customer accounts
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely updates and completion of work
  • Use Excel to organize and prioritize work order data
  • Update order status in internal systems and escalate delays or issues to the appropriate team
  • Communicate regularly with providers and internal account teams
  • Assist with dispatching in the absence of the customer service representative

What We're Looking For:



  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service
  • Strong background in commercial HVAC service coordination
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Professional communication style with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and escalate when appropriate
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in both in-office and remote work settings
